Principal's Page

We are an inclusive school where student needs are the number one priority. Our goal is to inspire curiosity and create hope for our 6th through 8th grade students. We continue to create an environment where each child can grow and flourish emotionally as well as academically. Middle school can have times of uncertainty as academics become more difficult and social situations become the center of most students' days.  As a staff, we work to understand what each student needs and then work with families to provide the rigor as well as the support to help each student find success.  

 

Before coming to GDS, I was an associate principal at the high school and before coming to Monona Grove I worked as an administrator in The Campbellsport School District and as a teacher in the Oshkosh Area School District. Besides working in the public school system, I have led a shelter care for teenage juvenile delinquents and directed a YMCA Camp.
